Law Office of C. William Michaels
My practice has been devoted to appellate matters for 25 years. I have drafted briefs for other attorneys, consulted on appellate matters, and represented clients for cases on appeals before Maryland and Federal courts. As well as appellate matters, my practice also is devoted to trial level research and writing.
I have been an adjunct professor of legal research and writing for the University of Baltimore Law School. I was an Assistant Editor of the Maryland Law Review and Associate Editor of the Maryland Law Forum. I was graduated from the University of Maryland Law School in 1978 (and was admitted to the Maryland Bar in that year). My B.A. is from Brandeis University (magna cum laude).
I am a member of the bar for the United States Supreme Court and the Federal, District of Columbia, Third, Fourth and Sixth Circuit Courts of Appeals.
